Pickup window: We target envío el mismo día with pickup within 60–120 minutes inside DFW; long-distance transportes en DFW may vary. Packaging: Please box, band, or palletize where possible. Tell us if a forklift or dock is available. Photo POD: We send a photo at pickup and delivery; sign-on-glass available where permitted. Insurance: COI available for your vendor file; tell us any special wording. After-hours: A surcharge applies 6pm–7am and on weekends/holidays. Limits: No hazmat, firearms, alcohol, or items prohibited by law/policy.
